surprises!

today was the day of the postmen. three times the bell rang and three different parcels reached their adressees. and this one was mine - wohooo!


these wonderful, lovely, generous things sent my unbelievable one-skein-pal maylin!
she knitted for me great green sleeves and packed them in a cute red fabric-box - they fit perfectly and will accompany me during the autumn and winter - thank you so much!! a n d wonderful hand-dyed sockyarn in a magic combination of colors, a ball of angora* for another generation of long-legged rabbit, some marbled cards with envelopes, a flower-candle, a stitchholder and black forest - chocolate, everything coated by a wonderful silk-shawl.

dear maylin, each parcel of you was composed so affectionately and it was always a great pleasure to unwrap them and try everything - thank you for everything! and i´m looking forward to keep in touch with you!

* maylin has also two angora goats!
