last week i ran across some perfect dark turquoise-coloured acrylic-yarn (75% acrylic, 25% wool) at my LYS for a chunky bag-project and ravelry delievered the perfect pattern: the chunky everyday cable bag.i knitted the bag with two strands and needles no. 7 (mm) to get a thick fabric within two evenings (friday last week and this friday) and used up almost accurately 4 skeins. now the lining and the strap have to be claryfied.
if there will be some time next week i would like to check the offer downtown.
AND ALSO
yesterday sabine invited us to a great meet-to-knit afternoon at her home full of perfect knitting and spinning time, delicous food, laughter, chatting, new and old projects....i came home about one o´clock tonight.
